This page describes what ThetaEdge collects, how it's used, and your choices. It applies to the ThetaEdge waitlist site and any related pages. The iOS app is not yet released; this page will be updated when it is.

What we collect

If you sign up for the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you choose to fill in the optional "symbols" field, we collect that text too. Nothing else is collected directly from you.

How we use it

Your email is used to send ThetaEdge updates — typically one email at launch, and occasional product updates before then. We do not send unrelated marketing. The optional symbols field helps us understand what stocks our audience screens, so we can build better defaults and write more relevant updates.

Who we share it with

Email delivery is handled by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), which processes subscriber data on our behalf in accordance with its privacy policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep subscriber data for as long as you remain on the waitlist. You can unsubscribe at any time from the link at the bottom of any email we send, which removes you from our list.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use tracking cookies. The site is hosted on Vercel, which may log basic request data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operational purposes. We do not currently use analytics tools like Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can request a copy of any data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing the address below. We respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Changes to this page

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes may be communicated by email.
